This package calculates classification prediction score with five method choices: a) PRPS (Probability ratio based classification predication score); b) PRPS-ST (Self-training with Probability ratio based classification predication score); c) LPS (Linear Predictor Score); d) PS (Prediction Strength); e) PS-ST (Self-training with Prediction Strength).
