albutz/tidyhelpr: Helper functions for data wrangling with the tidyverse

The tidyhelpr package is a conglomeration of useful helper function for data wrangling with the tidyverse. It is (and per se will always be) work in progress as a function is added if roughly the same helper function is used in multiple (non-related) projects and the function is nontrivial.
