alexdiana1992/FastOccupancy: Fast Bayesian occupancy models
Fast implementation of multi-season and multi-site Bayesian occupancy models. The model can perform estimate of spatial and temporal trends as well as estimation of covariates effects on presence and detection probability. The sampling is performed using the Polya-Gamma scheme.
