alexgenin/fastcooc: Fast frequentist co-occurrence analysis

Compute positive/negative and cooccurrences à la Veech (2013), but faster than the package cooccur for cases with many species and low number of sites. It relies on pre-computing a look-up table of pvalues for all possible patterns of species incidence. Result should be very close if not identical to cooccur::cooccur.
