amkessler/precinctsopenelex: Helps Process Precinct Results For OpenElex Project
This package includes a number of helper functions designed to aid in creating precinct-level election results to match the structure and format used by the OpenElections project. It's designed to handle data at the county level that had been pre-processed to include fields with the precinct along with fields for candidate vote totals for that precinct.
