annebozack/table1: Create "Table 1" of descriptive statistics

For continuous variables: meanTab produces a table with the mean, SD, and N missing of each variable for each group, and a p-value for the Wilcoxon rank-sum test comparing groups (if group is specified). For categorical variables: meanFreq produces a table with the frequency, proportion, and N missing for each variable, and p-value for the Chi-squared test comparing groups (if group is specified)
