areyesq89/GenomeMatrix: Plot rotated matrices
Often, for example in HiC analyses, it is useful to plot a symmetric matrix rotated -45 degrees. This enables integrating and visualizign HiC tracks together with other genomic datasets, such as chip-seq signal.
