bblette1/psbinary: Assess effect modification by binary post-randomization variable

This package implements the methods described in Gilbert et al. (2020): Post-randomization biomarker effect modification in an HIV vaccine clinical trial. Methods are implemented under three assumption sets as described in the paper: No early effects (NEE), no early benefit (NEB), and no early harm (NEH).
