biolabntua/moach: Multi-Omic Assay Characterization
A small package to automate common assay analysis pipelines. "Common" with respect to NTUA's System Bioengineering Group (www.ntuabiolab.wikispaces.com) and Protavio (www.protavio.com) standards. Basically a hack to save ourselves some time :) (according to our back-of-the- envelope calculations).
