bstaton1/StatonMisc: Common Functions Used in B. Staton's Code

Contains a somewhat random assortment of functions that are commonly used my code including my other packages. It includes mostly shortcut-type functions for tasks like transforming dates (from MM/DD/YYYY to DOY and back) and basic data transformations (cv2sig, sig2cv, logit, expit, etc.).
