cesarkero/PBADownloader: Library of functions to download full Plan Básico Autonómico of Galicia (in the future will do it for each Province)
The package download the PBA for a Municipality, list or all and creates a folder structure with all the original .zip and extract just the vectorial information from them. It allows the user to condense all these layers within a single .pgkg file to facilitate loading into a GIS project.
