chenshengkuang/MetaPersonalized: An R Package for Personalized Medicine in Meta-analysis and Multiple Outcomes
Implements a general framework to solve the problem of personalized medicine in meta-analysis and multiple outcomes. This framework allows either separate rules for each study/outcome or a single rule for all the studies/outcomes, depending on the requirement of user. A flexible choice of penalty functions to increase estimation efficiency is also provided.
