dennismalandro/inventory: Computation of Optimal Reorder Points

Fit lead-time and demand-rate nonparametric density estimates. Integrate conditonal lead-time density over demand-rate density to get the marginal lead-time demand distribution. Integrate this in turn to get the reorder-point/service-level relationship.
