dereksonderegger/BurkPx: Burkholderia Assay
Burkholderia is pathogenic bacteria which causes the disease melioidosis. At Northern Arizona University's Pathogen and Microbiome Institute (NAU-PMI), a blood sereology assay has been developed to detect the disease. This package contains the statistical model(s) to take the observed antigen values and produce a probability that the patient has meliodosis.
