Provides Densely Connected Convolutional Networks implementations to be used for prediction, feature extraction and fine-tuning. This method was introduced in the paper "Densely Connected Convolutional Networks" (CVPR 2017, Best Paper Award) by Gao Huang, Zhuang Liu, Laurens van der Maaten and Kilian Weinberger.
