dipterix/raveutils: Utility Toolbox for RAVE package

Includes multiple cross-platform read/write interfaces for RAVE project: R analysis and visualization of human intracranial electroencephalography data. Provides hybrid tensor array classes that stores 10 GB level big array on solid state drives and load on demand within seconds. Defines RAVE context that are massively used through out RAVE core package. Re-writes functions from other packages with more stable behavior and backward compatibility.
