dpastoor/psncleaner: Clean up and compress output from nonmem runs using PsN

provides a set of functions to easily handle compression of tables and output especially those generated from bootstrap, SCM, and SSE commands. This will keep repository size down and make it easier to maintain repos less than 1gb as prefered by git.
