dr-JT/regressionoutput: Create nice looking regression tables in RMarkdown documents

Prints nice looking regression tables in RMarkdown documents. Will print an F-Table of summary statistics including log-likelihood, AIC, and BIC; an R-squared table (with R-squared change if multiple models are inputted); and a coefficient table. Up to three models can be entered for hierarchical regression output and model comparisons.
