duckmayr/mdVignettes: Create Markdown Vignettes for R Packages

'knitr' provides a flexible vignette engine for Rmarkdown, but not for plain markdown. 'R.rsp' provides a markdown vignette engine, but one that does not allow for the inclusion of a custom CSS stylesheet. 'mdVignettes' fills the gap and provides a vignette engine for plain markdown flexible enough to allow the use of custom CSS stylesheets.
