ecnuliuyang/CRAbun: Maximum likelihood abundance estimation from capture-recapture data under the Huggins-Alho model

This package allows for the maximum empirical likelihood (EL) estimation for the abundance under the Huggins-Alho (H-A) capture probability model. We calculate the maximum EL estimate and EL ratio confidence interval of the abundance, as well as the EL estimate of parameters in the H-A model. Thier standard errors are also provided for reference.
