elray1/PACwithDDM: Data set applications and simulation study for PACwithDDM paper.

All necessary code to apply methods to physical activity data sets and run simulation studies in the PACwithDDM paper, as well as source for the paper itself. Models are mixture of Gaussians, random forest, multinomial logistic regression estimated with bagging and boosting, hidden Markov model with mixture of Gaussians for observation distribution, and conditional random field estimated with bagging and boosting.
