enorthrop/sup.r.jive: Supervised JIVE Methods: JIVE Predict, sJIVE, and sesJIVE
Performs supervised extensions to Joint and Individual Variation Explained (JIVE) including JIVE predict, supervised JIVE (sJIVE), and sparse exponential family sJIVE (sesJIVE). Example data files and visualization functions are also included. Note that "importFrom(foreach,"%dopar%")" needs to be constantly added to namespace.
