erikerhardt/isogasex: Isotopic gas exchange using TDL and Licor input. Updated version of package tdllicor
Reads TDL and Licor files, aligns them, calculates quantities of interest with bootstrap intervals, and creates plots and tables. Edit Template file (\file{isogasex_templateX.xls} or \file{isogasex_templateX.yaml}) including the input parameters and TDL/Licor filenames. Run \code{\link{isogasex}}. See output in \file{./out} directory.
