erikpal/concourse_client: R Intellidemia Concourse API Client

Provides an interface to the Intellidemia Concourse API to get syllabus data create/edit course objects. Functions form and submit API requests to the specified Concourse server. Results for most calls are returned as data frames. Calls are made recursively for complete results unless paging options are provided.
