fboehm/reducedscan: QTL Scans with Simpler Statistical Models in Multiparental Populations
We infer allelic series (number of alleles and mapping from founder lines to alleles, ie, which founders share alleles) and perform QTL scans with corresponding 'reduced' or 'restricted' statistical models with one allele effect parameter per inferred allele.
