frankpopham/estimateit: Estimate effects for binary exposures and outcomes from a Weightit object
estimateit estimates marginal effects for binary exposures and binary outcomes using inverse probability weights to control for confounding. Use Weightit to estimate ipws then estimateit to obtain outcome effects. At present calculates effect for the relevant population exposed, unexposed, the absolute difference between the two, the relative risk and the odds ratio. Requires tidyverse and survey packages.
