geomarker-io/addAadtData: Add Average Annual Daily Traffic Values to Geocoded Data

The addAadtData package adds average annual daily traffic values to geocoded data. The user supplies a buffer radius to assess traffic exposure around the input locations. Values returned include lengths (meters), vehicle meters, and truck meters for both moving traffic (interstates, expressways, and freeways) and stop-and-go traffic (arterial roads).
