goutham1220/shipshape: Intuitive Calculation and Analysis of Procrustes & Elastic Distance Metrics
The goal of this project is to produce a package that allows statisticians to easily and intuitively calculate Procrustes and Elastic Distance metrics. The package will contain two main distance wrapper functions as well as other functions to assist in converting data for calculation. In addition, the package will include functions to help visualize the distance metrics themselves.
