grasshoppermouse/hagenutils: Plots, tables, and inlines for knitr

forestplot: creates a ggplot forestplot object and corresponding data frame of coefficients that can be included in rmarkdown using kable. inline_ttest formats results of a t-test for inclusion in rmarkdown. custom.summarize creates a table of summary stats, optionally by subsets. predicted_probability computes the predicted probability for a logistic regression model. hagenheat is a basic ggplot heatmap.
