hdshea/MIMIC4db: Package for building, loading and referencing the Google BigQuery verion of the MIMIC-IV

This package provides a tightly bound set of routines access the Google BigQuery version of the MIMIC-IV database. These access routines include metadata definitions, base data access functions, and higher level data access functions that encapsulate common patterns for data access for research data analytic processes.
