hiraethus/QuadraticSDK: A package to call Paul O'Reilly's QUADrATiC Connectivity Map software from R
This package is a wrapper around Paul O'Reilly's QUADrATiC Connectivity Map software for R allowing QUADrATiC using Hadley Wickham's httr package. This package assumes the end user has already installed and is running an instance of QUADrATiC which can be retrieved from http://go.qub.ac.uk/QUADrATiC/.
