hrvg/statisticalRoughness: Estimation of roughness exponents across scale for large areas

This package estimates the roughness exponent of the topography over a range of predefined spatial scales. It implements an efficient way of exploring the scaling of the topography for large areas by leveraging a tiling process. The spatial scales are defined using some factorization.
