The package provides a function to create contrasts for use with Differential Gene Expression Analysis packages such as edgeR, limma-voom and DESeq2. Two-way interactions are supported, but only for factors with two levels. The script can handle unbalanced designs as well. Contrasts can be created for all possible comparisons.
