igbucur/BFCS: Bayes Factors for Covariance Structures

This is an implementation of the BFCS algorithm, which is described in the article "A Bayesian Approach for Inferring Local Causal Structure in Gene Regulatory Networks", published in Proceedings of Machine Learning Research, Volume 72 (PGM 2018), and in the extension "Large-scale local causal inference of gene regulatory relationships", published in the International Journal of Approximate Reasoning, Volume 115.
