irhoppe/cooccur: Abundance Matrix Randomizations
Null model algorithms adapted from Program Co-Occurrence (Werner Ulrich, 2008). Intended as an extension of the `EcoSimR::sim*()` functions, and translated from the Fortran subroutines described in Ulrich and Gotelli (2010).
