jarad/ISDSWorkshop: International Society for Disease Surveillance R Workshop

An R package for the International Society for Disease Surveillance R workshop. The package consists of three main vignettes: intro, graphics, and advanced-graphics. These vignettes are meant to introduce public health officials to the use of R for analyzing syndromic surveillance data. In particular, the vignettes provide examples of descriptive and graphical statistics and ways to export these summaries to be incorporated in standard document formats.
