An R package for the Midwest Big Data Summer School R workshop. The package consists of three main vignettes: introduction, graphics, and advanced methods. These vignettes are meant to introduce young researchers to the use of R for analyzing syndromic surveillance data. In particular, the vignettes provide examples of descriptive and graphical statistics and ways to export these summaries to be incorporated in standard document formats.
