jchiquet/fusedanova: Univariate hierarchical clustering
Fast implementations (in O(n log(n))) of two univariate hierarchical clustering methods (1 dimensional Ward hierarchical clustering and l1 clusterpath). Resulting hierarchies are exported as hclust object.
