jedick/logKcalc: Equilibrium Constants for GWB Thermodynamic Data Files

Calculate equilibrium constants of reactions for data files used in The Geochemist's Workbench®. The main function updates logK values in an existing GWB thermodynamic data file using the OBIGT thermodynamic database in the CHNOSZ package. Other functions are available to read logK values and compare values for species in two data files.
