jenzopr/silvermantest: Investigate the Number of Modes using Kernel Density Estimates
Tests the number of modes of an empirical density using the method described in Silverman (1981) <https://www.jstor.org/stable/2985156>. Furthermore functions visualizing test from a range of parameters, plotting multiple densities for given number of modes, calculating a critical bandwidth and determining the number of modes for a given (empirical) density are available.
