jmbarbone/qpm: Quantitative Psychological Methods

A set of functions and analyses for psychology and psychometrics. Some functions may appear similar to those found in William Revelle's `psych` package. These have been borrowed, rewritten, and now exist more openly for issue reported and enhancements. The rewrites were tested to be faster and implement additional options and controls.
