jnghiem/bfasttools: Tools for BFAST spatial analysis
A collection of functions to perform Breaks for Additive Season and Trend (BFAST) analysis on spatial datasets. This package builds on the "bfast" R package (available on CRAN at https://cran.r-project.org/package=bfast) to extend use to spatial datasets, and has been especially tailored for MODIS data. It takes advantage of parallel computing to more efficiently run code from "bfast" over many cells in raster datasets.
