jrmie/dtr: Descriptive Tables with R in the Field of Epidemiology

Quickly inspect grouped data producing descriptive tables. It provides several statistics for the entire dataset or groups. Statistical comparisons either paramatric or not can be added between groups. Then it may render tables in html/pdf with knitr and kableExtra packages or docx document with flextable package.
