kamermanpr/geojsonBASIC: Convert shapefiles to GeoJSON.
A wrapper function to convert shapefiles to GeoJSON. The package also includes links to basic GeoJSON files of world landmasses, oceans, place names, and admin level 0 (countries) and admin level 1 (provinces/states of the Australia, Brazil, Canada, and the USA) maps generated from Natural Earth shapefiles (http://www.naturalearthdata.com). The GeoJSON files are available at 1:50m and 1:110m scales.
