kdoub5ha/mvITR: Discovery of risk controlled individualized treatment rules (ITRs)
This R package is to be used for discovery of personalized treatment regimes where the objective is to optimize a benefit (efficacy) while controlling risk at a pre-specified threshold. Both efficacy and risk endpoints must originate from continuous distributions with a binary treatment indicator.
