kwajiehao/ghInf: Inference for Gaussian hierarchical models

Generates precision matrices for inference for both centered and uncentered Gaussian hierarchical models. Other auxilliary functions help to calculate the ratio between the obtained fill-in and the optimal fill-in for various packages and label permutations.
