labouz/PMCfetchR: Extract Full-Text Articles from NIH NCBI's PMC Articles Dataset in AWS Cloud
This package contains functions to make retrieving full-text biomedical and life sciences articles from PMC's Articles Dataset easier by providing a way to convert PMIDs to PMCIDs and using those PMCIDs to fetch articles from an AWS S3 bucket. Fetched articles are returned tidied and tokenized by default.
