lentinj/gadget3: Globally-Applicable Area Disaggregated General Ecosystem Toolbox V3
A framework to assist creation of marine ecosystem models, generating either 'R' or 'C++' code which can then be optimised using the 'TMB' package and standard 'R' tools.
