lsaravia/EcoIndicators: An Algorithm for the Identification of Indicator Taxonomic Units and their Use in Analyses of Ecosystem State
A set of functions to identify indicator taxonomic units, and to estimate to which environment a new sample belongs to, according to species composition. It also shows the presence of a species in a hypercube of environmental variables.
