lubnaamr/MissPair: Tests for Matched Pairs Designs with Missing Values
Implemented are tests for matched pairs with missing values; the weighted permutation test and the multiplication combination tests for paired data with missingness in both arms and the parametric bootstrapped Wald, ANOVA, and MATS-type statistics for paired data with missingness in a single arm.
